Stationary storage tanks

At FW we manufacture all types of storage tanks in all possible sizes for many different uses and industries. The tanks are manufactured from 100 m3 in size and larger, and are tailored to the individual customer’s needs and specifications.

The tanks can be mounted on-site using our specially produced jacking equipment. Smaller tanks can be manufactured in our own workshop or temporary construction sites and delivered in fully operational condition.

The tanks can be manufactured in compliance with relevant standards, such as Eurocode 3, EN 14015, EN 13445 and API 650, as well as local specific standards and requirements.

Storage tanks can be delivered in nearly all types of steel, which suit the purpose, including: fine-grained steel, plates for pressure vessels, construction steel and stainless steel qualities.

Different technical constructions, such as heated/cooled tanks, double bottoms, dome roofs or double-walled tanks are possible.

If the product in question is to be stored in special conditions, we can advise you about the use of stirrers, heating and cooling systems, and different types of insulation.

Foundation work, surface treatment, insulation and cladding, and pipe installation work can be included as integrated in parts of the deliveries.
